Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain products, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, and customized products, are non-returnable.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
